Tuskegee Airmen

Tuskegee Airmen were true innovators. They were a group of famous African American military pilots who fought in World War II. The Tuskegee Airmen were innovative in how they protected Allied bombers that flew into Axis territories with their awesome flying skills. During their time in the war they demolished 150 enemy airplanes on the ground and won hundreds of decorations for their skill and gallantry in combat. Their outstanding performances fueled military integration.
